I look forward to my workouts with Amari and I recommend her every chance I get! She is wise, realistic, and committed to helping me reach my goals. Since the start of my training I have developed definition throughout my body and I am getting stronger. I’m also thoroughly enjoying working out - which I never have before.

Before working with Amari, my only fitness goal was to consistently get in the gym and work out (whatever that meant). Since working with Amari, I have a comprehensive plan for building muscle and increasing my cardio endurance and I am so much stronger (physically and mentally) than when we started a little over a year ago. It’s never been about a body “esthetic” for me. I just knew that building muscle at this stage in my life was imperative to aging gracefully (which will always be my North Star). I love how hands on my coaching sessions with Amari are. As an online client, it’s vital for me to have hands on help. She’s always willing to schedule time via chat/phone/ or FaceTime to communicate with me & help with any tips or form corrections. I also love that her coaching isn’t just solely based on workouts but she integrates your mental, physical & spiritually wellness to all aspects of her coaching.
One of my goals since I’ve started training has been weight loss. With consistency both in & out of the gym, communication, and adjusting my eating habits I have seen success both on & off the scale. My confidence in not only my body but also within myself have increased. I also have terrible gym anxiety, so initially I was an online client who primarily did at home workouts. (She has amazing at home plans available!) After a couple of months & with motivation from Amari, I’m proud to say I’ve made a full transition from home workouts to being a gym goer!
