Hey, I’m Amari!

I’ve been strength training for over six years and working as a personal trainer for the past two. My fitness journey started like many others—I wanted to lose weight. I tried all the typical fad diets, combined strength training with running, and struggled with binge cycles because I wasn’t building sustainable habits.

Everything changed when I shifted my focus to long-term health. Through research and experience, I developed a passion for fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. Now, as an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, my mission is to help busy men and women build strength, develop healthy habits, and create a lifestyle that supports their goals.

With my coaching, we won’t just focus on workouts—we’ll align all aspects of your life to help you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself. Because health isn’t a challenge—it’s a lifestyle.

When I’m not working, I like to go on food dates with my husband, travel, read, spend time with my siblings and nephew, and occasionally watch a series.
